inquiry access to your individual customer's accounts. You
must know your customer’s Social Security Number in order
to access the customer’s account data. To start the INGAccess
for Business Partners application, click on the ENTER button
above.

Technical Problems
During periods of high usage, you may experience longer than normal wait times.
If you are experiencing difficulty connecting or remaining connected to the INGAccess for Business Partners, please contact the D.O.C. Help Desk at 1-888-792-8476.
Common accessing problems are: an inability to proceed beyond a certain screen after successfully logging in, data not appearing on the screen, and messages that indicate there is no connection to the server.
Daily Scheduled Maintenance Activity
The ING Access for Business Partners is unavailable Monday - Saturday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 AM EST and Sunday from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST.
